Who is taking care of your investments? Because when you’re not paying attention, stuff happens.
For example, at our home in Newport, RI (now that Your Survival Guy is back from Key West), a coyote has gotten too comfortable. Not a big deal, usually, but with a puppy, we can’t take any chances. This is why a better part of the weekend was spent securing the property fence line (deer fencing) and keeping an eye out for any return visits.
Taking care of your assets, your property, and your investments takes time and constant attention. It doesn’t take much time for things to go awry.
